The Sanskrit word for healthy is 'svastha'.
'Swa' means one's own self
'Stha' means being/abiding/establishment.
It literally means self-positioned, that is, one who is centered in Self, the natural state.

To be svastha is to be established in yourself. Only
somebody who is well-established in himself will be able to radiate that
joy and enthusiasm that we recognise when we see health.
To be healthy means being in balance within our Self,
knowing our own mind, knowing the weaknesses of our own body, doing what
is right and being happy with our life.
